Определение гозерелина в плазме крови человека методом ВЭЖХ с масс-селективным детектированием

Аннотация


Разработана методика определения препарата гозерелина в плазме крови методом ВЭЖХ с тандемным масс-селективным детектированием, позволяющая проводить терапевтический лекарственный мониторинг у пациентов, получающих лечение препаратами гозерелина. Аналитический диапазон методики составил 1–10 нг/мл.
